I don?t think they?ve ever actually gotten my order fully correct once. There?s always something or another missing. It?s always... on the receipt! So they definitely took my order correctly, they just never gave it to me. I never order from here on any fooddelivery apps and whenever I go here I make sure to check that I received everything. They had 3 Mexicans working a shift tonight. A girl and two boys ( I didn't get they're names). Horrible service they to busy... playing in the back. To make matters worse they gave away my order, when I made it back in the store to collect my order theyfinally to decide to do they're job and ask me for my receipt. I gave it to them then I heard the lady tell the guy this is the2nd you did this today. I live a few blocks away so it didn't take long to get home. My tacos were mushy and and cold. I'm sopassed I threw it away. They make me not want to go there ever again. Read more

Fantastic spot. It was very easy to order from the electronic kiosks, and the service was prompt and kind. The food was... fantastic. In particular, the mango whip freeze/slushie was phenomenal. I arrived just after they had finished cleaning, soeverything was in good order-though I wish they had wiped the condensation off the windows, however. Read more

I don't think I will be visiting this location again. I've visited before and things were fine. However I went in on 06/13/22... because my daughter wanted Taco Bell after her graduation. I purchased 2 beef supreme chalupas, (they were out of the toastedcheddar chalupas and the nacho fries) and a 12ct beef taco supreme party pack and there was about a teaspoon of meat onthem. Almost $40 spent on toasted pita bread and stale taco shells, and then forced to spend an additional $60 to order pizza. If they were low on supplies, they should've closed because this was very dishonest and misleading. I wish that I was able topost the pics and video on here. Read more

I've been coming here since they opened and always have a difficult time with getting my order right. I order on the app and... almost every single time something has been wrong or missing, and it's usually a hassle to get it set straight (one of themanagers was always extremely rude, although I'm not sure she still works there). I held off on writing a review because thatjust seems to be the norm with fast food in Chicago (it's fast-paced and they're often busy, I understand). However, today I wasextremely disappointed when every single item in my order was wrong. The place was empty too, so there was no excuses this time.I sat down and realized they had put sour cream on my potatoes when I requested it off, no problem I just asked them to remakeit. I went home after that and thought the rest of my order was fine, but I realized the other 2 items in my order were wrongtoo (chipotle instead of avocado ranch taco and doritos locos taco instead of a regular crunchy taco). It's just annoying withno recourse, so don't come here if you want to get what you ordered & always triple check your bag before leaving the store!! Read more

I just called to ask them to make sure they put extra fiesta strips on my melt and I was really nice about it. Wasnt rude at all... in anyway because I know they?re food workers during a pandemic, but the woman who picked up the phone said is a rude tone ?ifyou ordered it we?ll put it on there.? So I just kindly explained that this was the 3rd time this had happened so that?s why Iwas calling. It was a simple interaction and didn?t require any malice. :/ I could understand if I was cursing them out about myfood but I just made a simple request. Read more

My wife and I entered this Taco Bell at around 1:30am. As we were putting our orders in, we were told to stop because they were... closed. The doors was open and they don?t close until 2. I asked to speak to a manager, the employee told me he was the manager.I asked for the information for the general manager, the employee said she was in the back but wouldn?t come out. I asked forhis name or a card for the GM? after saying he was ?busy doing something? he said he couldn?t give that to me and threatened tocall the police. I will be documenting this experience on every platform and contacting customer care. Never in my life have Iever had an experience like this. Read more
