We liked this place. It is good news for Hyde Park. Horchata is good. Pastor tacos are good, maybe not as in Mexico City (and... depending where you go) but with reasonable taste. Someone has criticized this taco from a very particular experience. Pastortacos are not always small; adding pineapple to them was not usual before 1990, so from my point of view it is optional, andtortilla is not heated in oil. Read more
Absolutely LOVE their tacos! They taste so fresh, healthy and grilled! And what I mean by healthy, they don?t have the meat or... shell DRIPPING in oil/butter. I?ve had the chicken and steak with cilantro, onion and cheese! And It?s a plus that they givelimes. Perfect touch! The quality of the food is fantastic! I got the steak nachos and can immediately tell that the meat is high quality. The steak... was tender and full of flavor. The shrimp tacos were very good too. The interior is a bit bare and from the outside, the placedoesn't look like it's open, but that's because the decorations haven't come in yet. Goes beyond the stars!! I had a great time eating delicious and authentic Mexican food at this restaurant. The waiter was... committed to great service and was very friendly. Best quesadillas, tortas, and tacos in all Hyde Park. I work in the area and always make sure to come here for lunch. Staff is... friendly, fast, and efficient. Would recommend to anyone who's bored of Chipotle and is in the area. Keep up the good work guys! Read more
The food here is good and it was convenient because I lived a block away. However, it's way too expensive to do as a quick... family dinner night for me. Burritos are over 20 each if you add guacamole. 1 taco with anything extra is about 7-8 dollars. Ithink my bill for 4 was 80 dollars.
