We love the Comales chain. Their tacos are delicious. This location has free parking in the back but it's kinda scarry back... there at night. Recently they started burning incense sticks at the cashier counter and it stinks in there. We complained butthey said the owners like to have them burning all day. I prefer to smell the good food being cooked than whatever incensethey're burning. Plus you leave smelling like it. We are going to stick to the Niles location. Always loved coming to this place. I'm not sure if they changed cook but I order a steak quesadilla and my boyfriend order the... quesabirria dinner. They brought the order out and my quesadilla didnt have steak. I told the waitress she took it back, mindyou they have a see through glass which you can see the cook and what hes doing. Bomb tacos and tortas. Always practice my Spanish in here and they never correct how bad it is so I appreciate that. They have free parking and you can also park on the street. They have a good location., the service is fast, I lately order... the taco platter that comes with 20 tacos horchata water and onions. It is a casual place to have tacos; the restaurant can usesome updating and remodeling, including the washrooms. There is no outdoor seating; they do offer take out. Read more

The tacos were flavorful, the guacamole left a lot to be desired. It was far from its sister restaurant los comales #3 when it... came to spices. They definitely served me avocado dip, what they lacked with the appetizer they more than made up for with themargaritas. I enjoyed two lemon margaritas. They were so deliciously sweet that you didn't taste the tequila which made them allthe more easy to drink. The only drawback is you can't take them off the premises. Beware they were just really well made theyin fact contained enough alcohol to get you tipsy if you're a moderate drinker. All in all I would go back for the drinks andskip any extra sides.
