The atmosphere is great and the food is amazing!! The 2nd floor definitely has the best views of the triangle. The tomato bisque... soup and seared Hawaiian tuna were outstanding. Capped it off with an espresso. Read more
Stassey— surprised she still has a bartending license. According to her, after patrons remain in the establishment during the... full term of her shift, they will be over served and kicked out blatantly because, guess what?, they are over served. Accordingto Chicago PD, this is common for certain patrons. I have never felt such sadness for the food service industry. Bartenders knowwhen and where. This elderly man, paid his tab and was kicked out. I’ve been here many times and I loved this place, today Ifeel so conflicted. Anyway, no one was willing to help and it truly broke my heart. No one helped him, instead I was callednames, as if that was going to take the “over serving” away from this elderly man who was left at a lamp post hanging by athread. Read more
This place is pretty good. It was quite loud inside because it was a very busy part of the day, and there were lot of groups.... Despite the fact that the restaurant was almost full, we got a table right away, which was surprising. We could even choosebetween dining area and lounge. Our waitress was nice, but not very attentive. Prior to coming to this place we visited anotherrestaurant and the lady there was much friendlier. Food-wise this place is good. The octopus was better than in otherrestaurants we visited, wasn’t burned, but was spicy. We also shared a caprese and since we were going to share, they dividedthe dish into two plates, which was very considerate of them. Comparing with another restaurants in the area, this one isslightly worse in our opinion, but we still had a satisfactory experience. Read more

I was very impressed with the food at ToR! I was expecting it to be generic and just a step above frozen food, but this was not... the case. They do have the best seats for people watching. The menu items are moderately priced, and the wait staff arefriendly. I won't be running back here, but it is good for what it is. Read more
Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! Always a good idea to make reservations here.... Breakfast/Brunch was great and not super-filling. Ordered the Avocado Toast and Eggs, Prime Ribeye (12oz), and a side of Bacon.Hung around to grab a few more cocktails. This place is a good spot for people-watching and would love to sit outside on thenext visit. Read more
