Most times when i get turkey sandwiches (and burgers) they are usually dry so i avoid them. But The B Franklin is an... exceptional turkey sandwich and perfectly balanced. The roasted turkey is moist and smokey complimented with the acidity of thepickled peppers and red onions. The avacado and aoli adds this creaminess and the sprouts add a nice textural crunch. The agedcheese is robust and the toasted sourdough bread holds all these flavors together. The shop is really cool with many italianfavorites and some hard to find meats (eg guanciale). Ok, yum. Definitely a treat spot, because it?s still a little hard to pay $16 for a sandwich on a regular day. But! Things are... expensive, and each ingredient in this food is thought out and carefully selected. Every bite delicious. Food came out prettyquickly, everyone friendly. Easy to park on grand.
