Gave it a shot today, was going to get Harold's next door but they have a wider selection of healthier choices. I Ordered the... jerk wing dinner it came with rice/beans, I had the mustard greens with smoked salmon and the mac n cheese as the sides with anapple cheese caramel bean ???? with a bottled water. This place has a very warm atmosphere. The food is good but it isn't heavy. There's enough variety to keep you coming back and... their traditional bean pie (specifically when it's about an hour out the oven) is phenomenal. Read more
I should have followed my first mind. I advised the cashier I had never been here before & the sound of pineapples and chicken... was right up my alley. So I purchase the chicken dinner(SMALL baby chicken) NOPE NOPE NOPE. The cabbage taste like it was notfor human consumption. Service is friendly. Atmosphere is comfortable and casual. The food is definitely tasty and fresh. However, I enjoyed my... daughters Curry Chicken Bowl more than my Pineapple Jerk Chicken. My sides included Black Beans and Rice, savory ButternutSquash, and well-seasoned Vegetables Medley. The other 2 dishes were a Curry Chicken and Lamb Meatball Bowl with Yellow Rice andSautéed Vegetables and a side of Mac and Cheese & Jerk Chicken Wings and Fries. Mac and Cheese was FYE!!!
