Stopped by in the afternoon to pick up a bagel sandwich to eat on the plane. We got 2 vegetarian bagel sandwiches and both came... without any cream cheese. Not an efficiently run place, the bagel isn?t the right texture. While in line, 2 customers complained about mixed up orders and... cashier guy?s between post and kitchen all the time, but the small stand had 4 people working in the kitchen. Read more

Skip this location. Opened 40 mins late. Employees were rude. Super unorganized. Have to order at the counter go outside to a... second register to pay then go back in to pickup food when there is a register inside. There are other Great American Bagels inOhare that are better quality and friendlier employees. Read more

Really rude service. They yell at you. Has no organization. You get in the line to order first then you have to go back outside... to pay with a crabby cashier. Then come back inside cutting the line to get your order. The bagel was super hot and the sausagealmost frozen. Would not recommend this place to anybody Read more
