Forget the fact that it was overpriced. The bagel itself was dry. The cream cheese was waived over the top almost nonexistent.... Tomatoes were OK. Lox decent amount but overall the dryness of the bagel overshadowed anything I could find that was positive. Read more

Person working the register was slow. The guy taking orders was impatiently yelling "next customer" but the line was backed up.... People from the back were climbing through the crowded line to order. It was chaotic. Almost comical. Read more

Bad service, asked for toasted bagel and confirmed with them upon pickup that it was toasted. The male associate said yes both... times but it wasn't toasted. Also, 2 slices of turkey on a bagel is not worth paying 12 bucks for. This was on October 6tharound 5 PM. Read more

It?s a airport venue but the food is fast and fresh. Loved both paninis we had. Reasonable pricing for an airport ! VictorB

By far the worst onion bagel I've ever had, even by Chicago standards. Service was unfriendly, like nobody wanted to be at... work. The Nagel was dry and tasted like it had probably been sitting all day. However, the cream cheese was good, thoughspread pretty thin. I fly out of Ohare every day. I'll eat elsewhere. Read more

Not sure how an airport bagel place doesn?t open until 6 am, and despite this being posted the morning I was there they did not... start taking orders until ~6:10 am even though the line was out the door. Bagels are good hence the 2 stars but don?t expectfast/ good service. Edited down to one stars as I discovered once I got on the plane I didn?t even get what I ordered. Read more

This wasn't that bad just expensive. The bagel had a good size with fresh ingredients. It was maybe not as fresh as it could... have been and made me think that I should have gotten it toasted. I actually went to the location at the beginning of ConcourseH, which seemed less busy, but it is not on google maps. Read more
