Well... Waited 30 mins for service in the morning. With only 5 tables occupied. Ridicules... and 3 servers.

The food was very good. I came in around 8:30 and ordered my steak medium. And congrats to the staff, they actually know what... medium is and sent it out that way. I paired my meal with the gold mashed potatoes and a glass of red wine. Spot on and verysatisfied. You are in Chicago and in a nice hotel so you will pay for the meal. The service was very good, the waitress was friendly and the staff was very fast with refills and bussing the dirty dishes. The... prices were definitely high and while the portions were decent, the breakfast dishes a lot of the little extras that you'll findin most places. The Bourbon bacon and the sausage were great but $2 each on top of a $13 plate was a disappointment. $4 for aside of hashbrowns and $3 for 2 pieces of toast. Read more
Food is very good but service is very slow. Convenient if you?re staying in the hotel.
Went for the buffet everything was pretty good service was very good cappuccino was delicious!
