Cappacino is HUGE. Way too much milk. I even asked and was assured mostly foam. Does this look like mostly foam to you?? Anyway... the macaroon is good. Read more

The best place for a French cafe experience in the loop by far. Had the quiche Lorraine and a cortado in the early afternoon.... The quiche was an amazing surprise, it clearly sits out for some time and has to be reheated, but it retained a crunchy topcrust. Very rich and an ample portion for the price. Comes with a small mixed green salad with light dressing. Small tables inthe lovely and soon-to-be renovated main seating area, but the extra seating stole the show for me. There are several largertables in the historic building's interior courtyard which offer a less cramped and often less busy experience. The cortado wastrue to the European style, in that it was burnt and the milk was over frothed, but if you're a Starbucks drinker you'll have noidea. If you care for good coffee, skip it at Toni's and go to Bridgeport Coffee at Jackson and Michigan. Read more

This is a nice place with a great selection of breakfast, lunch or in-between dining. We stopped here for coffee and cake. ... Excellent coffee and very tasty macaroons (passion fruit) and white chocolate cake. Read more

Adorable, charming. Delicious. A bit crowded with too-small tables but you'll love it anyway. Try the shortbread if you want... something sweet but not too big. Read more
