Great bar, good drinks, had a menu on the bar counter so they may serve food now. Pool table and juke box, quality place!
I remember reading in the paper some time ago about a new chicken place that was opening up, but I had forgotten about it. I was... looking for a new place to try in the neighborhood and blazin b's came up. Me and my girlfriend went to try the chickensandwiches and they were phenomenal! I got the fried jerk chicken sandwich, and she got the fried blazin chicken sandwich, bothserved with potato wedges (pure awesomeness). Let's not forget the side of mac and cheese which was a great addition coupledwith some great beers from the Trinity. We were looking for an Irish pub and this place came up. Pretty disappointing. The bartender didn't even know what beers she had... on tap, and there were only 4. Strike 1. We kinda knew that food might be sketchy, because some reviews on Yelp said the kitchenwas closed. That turned out to be the case. Strike 2. I ordered a Guinness, pretty brave of me, and surprise, they bartenderdidn't pour correctly. It wasn't even a full pour. And when my partner asked for a glass for his beer, she gave him a smalljuice glass! Like, this place doesn't have pint glasses? Strike 3. Read more
I truly enjoy going there every time I go. It is the most neighborhood bar in the neighborhood I think and it?s welcoming... because of its staff. Jessie the bartender for example is awesome. Always with a smile or ready to lend an ear she creates agreat atmosphere that just makes me want to grab a tall one at the end of the day and say hello. Go there! :) ???? Read more
