Loved this place. We went for lunch. The mushroom soup and varenyky (pierogi) were so delicious. I have a bias for Hungarian or... Polish stuffed cabbage and was admittedly disappointed with the Ukrainian version here because I found it very dry. Nice,family-friendly atmosphere and service. I liked the subtle pokes at Russia on the menu and in the restaurant, too. Look forwardto going back. Read more

- Pork pierogis was delicious, the sauce was so addicting. - Beef goulash could be skipped (basically beef tomato stew) - bread... Kvass which is non alcoholic fermented bread juice tastes like plum flavored beer, is a must try for those who haven’tbefore - Ambience was really cozy. Save this place for a nice date night. - pricey but overall great place, service wasspectacular - extra fee for paying with card - $50 for one entree, one appetizer, and one drink including tip, tax, and fees Read more

Really good brunch experience. Friendly staff and quick service. I had the fluffy cheese pancakes! Such a great tasting meal.... Paired with the cappuccino was a great combo. The other dish we had was Mama Genas Pork Burger very filling and delicious. Therestaurant itself has a very welcoming feeling and unique vibe. Read more

This is a must visit in Chicago! We tried this place a few weeks ago and I have been recommending it to all of our friends. We... ordered the Signature Charcuterie plate (so delicious and loved the cheese spread), mushroom soup with truffle oil, beefgoulash, and stuffed cabbage. We want to come back with a larger group so we can try more items next time! We also ordered the'Wheel of Fun' to try the infused vodkas and it actually came out on a wheel! A fun way to try a few flavors. Read more

Was really blown away by this place having walked past a few times but never tried it. Inside has a really nice vibe with a mix... of authentic art and nice string light mood lighting. Layout is mainly booths which is great. We sat at the bar and tried theUkrainian draft and one of their signature cocktails both of which were great. Highly recommend the potato pancakes and thegluten free, dairy free added sugar free avocado cheesecake. Really it’s amazing and you wouldn’t know it was all thosethings unless you were told. Definitely will go back here for the full experience. Read more
