THE BEST Italian food in Chicago. Every dish tastes homemade and not like typical restaurant pasta, etc. Just darn delicious.... The service is top notch and rivals any restaurant in downtown Chicago. Tuscany is located in the medical district near the U ofI and Rush Medical Center. Valet and street parking available. We then each ordered main dishes, as seen in the pics. We werethoroughly pleased with our plates in terms of flavor and portion size.
