THE BEST Italian food in Chicago. Every dish tastes homemade and not like typical restaurant pasta, etc. Just darn delicious.... The service is top notch and rivals any restaurant in downtown Chicago. Tuscany is located in the medical district near the U ofI and Rush Medical Center. Valet and street parking available. You can never go wrong with Italian Food in Little Italy. This might be my new go to for Italian Food in the neighborhood.... A large group of us enjoyed dinner here while in town for a work conference. We ordered fried calamari, the Wagyu meatballs and... Brussels sprouts for apps to share, which were all delicious. We then each ordered main dishes, as seen in the pics. We werethoroughly pleased with our plates in terms of flavor and portion size.
