You can finds decents deals on some limited products in here like pop and candy but everything else is pricey just the same as... jewel but with very low quality. Some of the products have wiped off expiration dates on it like the danishes and pastries. Ihave heard from someone who is best friends the cashier their that he was told the the owners buy close to expiring or expiredgroceries produce and meats at heavily discounted prices and then resell it as if it is super fresh. A lot of the produce thatthey put out same day is already bad moldy or rotten. I have bought spoiled meat several times and the cooked ready to eatproducts are made with expired unsold items from the store. Read more
This store is great! It used to be a little sketchy looking, but they have done a lot of redesigning inside. They also have a... lot of unique items which can be difficult to find in regular grocery stores. I recently tried some of the food at the cafe andit was delicious! I especially enjoyed the caramel cake...YUM! I like to come here to get good deals on produce. They alsohave a large selection of Suavitel laundry softener which is difficult to find around Uptown. This is maybe a little random,but they still had stock of rubbing alcohol and sanitizer when most other places had long sold out of cleaning supplies in themiddle of the pandemic. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for some hard to find items or any ethnicfoods. Read more
Pretty nice store with a surprisingly big selection of foods and fresh groceries. Staff are always friendly and the store is... mostly kept clean. Prices aren't always cheaper than Jewel or Aldi but the hours and location make up for that. Read more
The biggest perk of the apartment building is that this store is located right downstairs! It typically is open 24 hours,... although their hours have shortened due to the ongoing pandemic. While I haven?t tried any of their meat, I do purchase theirvegetables, cheese, bread, and assorted snacks on a weekly basis out of sheer convenience and have never had an issue. The staffhere is always welcoming and friendly, and are able to handle some of the rude customers that come here late at night with ease.The only downside is that some of their goods are actually overpriced. Their cereal selection is extremely limited andexpensive. Otherwise, this is a great place to shop. They even keep toilet paper well stocked! Read more
Bad and low quality products. I really don't understand why they keep selling such as a bad products. This place is not as cheap... as they claim. Can products are not that affordable, I'd compare the price to Jewel. The meats are not good. I bought chickenbreast and when I opened it at home it smelled bad. I brought it to the staff's attention and they said it is supposed to beeaten the same day? The fruits and vegetables will go bad within a day, but most of them are already bad in the shelves.
