My boyfriend and I were on the drive through, the lady that took our order was extremely rude while we order because they were... they out of spicy chicken. The lady almost yelled at my boyfriend when he asked about coke for drink since I guess they werealso out of that but was not told to us at the beginning. They also kept jumping from person to person on the intercom. Needlessto say we left and went to McDonald?s. Poor service I will not be returning here again. Read more
Tried the drive thru... After a couple minutes with no response, they come on and say, sorry we're not taking any orders right... now. No other info. I keep saying hello until someone answers. They say the same thing. I ask if I can come inside and place myorder. Only then do they say yes. Other people with less patience just drove off. Read more
The absolute worst Wendy's. Nothing ever seems fresh, the drinks are always down, the fried stuff tastes like the oil hasn't... been changed in months. I am sure if the health department scoped this location out, they would close it down. Read more
The service was good. But I would not go back. After the meal I went to the washroom and there was a employee who was also... there. She didn't was her hands after using the washroom. She just fixed her hair and left to go back to work. My daughter wentto the washroom after me and the same thing happened to her. I just don't want anyone handling my food after that. Haven't been here in a while. Came in for a carry out for lunch, and the place was full. Waited in line for a while before... anyone took a customers order. Only one out of four kiosks were working and that was another line. Finally ordered my food. Iwaited patiently since I know I'm going to get my food very late. You have one delegating duties to each staff member as theyare already doing something and then have that same person do another job. I think that place needs better and more training inall positions. I kept hearing numbers being called out one by one and each person left with food. I even heard numbers aftermines getting thier food. Then the whole time as I waited I didn't even know my number on the board was gone. Talked to a staffmember and he didn't believe me as he read my receipt. I've been waiting for more than 20 minutes while customers got theirstuff and left. I had to wait even longer as they just started to prepare my order from scratch. I'm usually a patient customerbecause I know how it is, but this place sucked enough for me not to come back. Got a free cookie as the one guy apologized tome for the ordeal. That was the only highlight, a staff member taking charge for thier mistake and he wasn't a manager! Read more
This place is a joke!!! I ordered 4 Large frostys. I went through the drive thru and they told me to pull up and park the car... because they were making the frosties. I asked for a receipt and he told me that they would bring it out with the frosties. Iwaited for 10 minutes and I had to go in. No body new anything about the frosties. Very bad customer service!!!! Nobody caredwhat I wanted. No apologies from the staff. The manager was just as bad as the employees. The blind leading the blind. Nevergoing there again. Read more
