Terrible.. The cashier didn't greet me nor did she smile. I told her we were dining in and she still put the food in a bag, not... on a tray. The burgers were cold the nuggets were old. The regular fries were the only thing fresh. The garlic fries wereterrible. Get a better garlic fry or take them off the menu!! I won't be going back to that Wendy's. Very disappointed ???? Thefast food restaurants in our communities are terrible!! Might as well make it yourself ???? Read more

How does a FAST food restaurant have this many employees on duty and move this slow? Average wait time is 15-20 mins per car and... then when you get the food, stuff is missing or wrong! Overall, the store needs new management cause these problems suggest amuch larger issue. Ridiculous? Read more

I love Wendy?s but this specific location has been extremely slow on several occasions. I am sitting in the drive thru right now... and have been here for fifteen minutes so far and have not even made it to the window to pay for my order. In the past I havecome here and the crew member told me that their machines were down and were not able to accept cash or credit orders. I do notrecommend coming here if you are in a hurry or have anywhere to be in the next couple of hours because they will set you back.Food is good though! That?s why I gave the two stars Read more

The Food was fine. It tastes like Wendy's should. My problem was the wait time. Like, u have to wait for your order to be... taken, after u place your order & wait to get to the window to pay which had 4 cars ahead, u shouldn't still have to wait, whichevery car did. It may have been due to the people in the kitchen just socializing and not working. Like, fast food is no longerfast anymore. Like, I know that they have a time to get people in & out. So, ordering your food, waiting for food, & paymentshould not take 20 - 25 minutes. It is like that at almost every fast food place I go to & almost every Wendy's I've goneto. Great service and well prepared food. Even though they were low staff when I placed my order. The general manager was in the... line helping his crew members as well, everything went smoothly, no complaints here. The employees at the store have a bad attitude and they aren't even trained right. Girl gave me a Frostyccino without a word or... eye contact... It was literally a cup of coffee with some frosty put on top. They even had the nerve to tell me that's what itis when I told them it didn't look right. Incredible. Not only did it not look or taste like anything I've gotten at any otherWendy's, it didn't even look like what it looks like on the menu. Read more

Location service was much worse than a year ago. Tried the $5 biggie bag and a med strawberry frosty. Service was extremely slow... through the drive thru (over ten minutes from order to food window) and not many people going in. The burger was Luke warm atbest. They asked what sauce for nuggets I said BBQ and they gave sweet n sour. The drink had no ice. The order screen was brokenand very hard to understand person taking order. The young man taking payment was having a conversation with someone else whileprocessing my card. The line did not move and he opened the window asking did I pay already. At the window waiting for foodcould here employees loudly talking with each other and there were plenty (5+) behind the counter not doing anything. Read more
