The food is fine. The manager who is older, balding and usually working the drive thru is super rude. Every time I've had to... interact with him he's been extremely unpleasant. Needs to work on his customer service. There's often a lot of people behindthe counter but it is difficult to get hold of anyone to take an order. Customer service did not seem to be a priority at thislocation I will be going to a different Wendy's from now on. Read more
This Wendy?s is always on point. Tastes good and I don?t know what it is they do differently here but the fries always taste so... good. It was extremely clean and comfortable! One of the best fast food places I've ever been to. The service was quick andefficient. Highly recommended. Read more
Came here this morning to which the drive-through order taker let me know that they were only taking cash, so I tried to go... inside for some reason they had both doors to the restaurant locked at 9:00 a.m., so when I went back into my car into thedrive-thru and they said they were only taking cash I asked all right well when does your lobby open and they just left me insilence and didn't say anything when I drove up to the window there was no one insight. I'm very prideful and Wendy's it's myfavorite restaurant quality is your recipe but that must be for ingredients not service..... Read more
We passed by Wendy?s on my motorcycle and the workers where taking so long because they where busy talking in the back including... the manager while there was a long line waiting, I went to knock on the window and the manager put as an excuse that they don?tallow scooters because it?s a safety hazard. The guy could had told us but instead made us wait there for a while without sayinganything. We went to Mc Donald?s instead and they had no problem receiving us on our motorcycle. Read more

I was in today, like I usually do after I get done with work, and I will not go back. I understand that fast food restaurants... are busy, but it?d help their case if they had actual competent humans on staff. I waited at least 10 minutes to order becausethe girl at register struggled to ring up every order. While waiting I got to witness some sort of higher up reprimand themanager in front of everyone for something not being cleaned last shift while she was running around. After I got my order Irealized the cashier rang it up wrong and then waited another 5 minutes to tell her and another 10 to get my food. Which wasSTILL. WRONG. They handed me the order exactly as it was before even though the manager was told 3 times what was wrong. Idecided to just eat it since I had already waited 25 minutes for it. Everyone in the building was visibly frustrated and all thehigher up did was sit there looking down his nose at staff and patrons. Rude and incompetent across the board. Read more
We tried the same meals in Madison Wisconsin 2 days earlier with awesome results. The meals at this Chicago location weren't as... great. Grilled chicken was very salty and the flavor of the ham wasn't quite the same. Chili also was missing something[possibly sugar?] and had an overcooked taste to it. Read more
Why didi the young man scratch his head and looked at his phone without washing his hands? I was fortunate that he didn't have... to touch my fries ,nuggets, the board of health needs to go there and teach these restaurants food sanitation!
