It's insane how a place NEVER gets an order correct. I visited to get a Honey Butter Chicken biscuit meal without honey butter.... I leave, get home, and BOOM- A SAUSAGE AND EGG Biscuit!! Under normal circumstances, a person should be like ," oh its a one off" However NOPE EVERY TIME I GO THERE THEY ALWAYS MESS UP!!! Corporate needs to get involved. Slowest drive thru ever! I work close and have attempted to go here several times. Each time I?ve had to get out of line due to... waiting over 10 minutes to even get my order taken! I can?t imagine how long it actually takes to get your food. Avoid thisplace unless you have 30 minutes to wait in the drive thru! Read more
You guys really need to do a better job of training your employees when it comes to customer service. I just had to go in there... not once not twice but three times in regards to what I ordered. I ordered a chicken parmesan salad and they forgot the parmesancrisp. Once I get back to my vehicle I realize that they gave me ranch dressing and set instead of the Caesar dressing. Iordered an extra dressing with my salad and so I took back the ranch and ask for the Caesar, your employee (Sierra) gave me onedressing and then caught an attitude when I asked about the other one. Started throwing dressings back into the mini fridge andslammed the box down and handed me too many dressings talking about take it like I was getting on her nerves or something. I'mon my lunch break and I literally just wasted 12 minutes of that just trying to make sure that my order was correct. I never got to order the drive thru line wasn't moving and the door was locked when I was deciding to go inside. Needless to say... I didn't have lunch that day because I had to return to class from 30 min break and didn't want to get caught by freight train. Read more
