I stopped going to this Wendy's after finding out last year from one of the workers they had a roach and rat problem. I decided... to try them this year because I really wanted the Asiago chicken sandwich. I ordered it grilled with extra ranch. When I gothome it was Fried and spicy so I had to drive all the way back because someone didn't pay attention!!! The management is lousythere and there are never enough people working. Read more
Went through the drive thru, the lady said go ahead with your order, then she said hold on for a minute. Then she said go ahead,... Wait for one more minute now go ahead wit your order. Too much horsing around. Get the work done. Quit playing with the orders. Read more

This location is in serious need of a good manager that is able to properly train & deal with the staff. Very unprofessional.... The sandwich I ordered ended up being plain with nothing on it. They never get your order right. They simply don't listen. Read more
I?m so so sorry to give this location 3 stars. Every employee was doing the work of 3 people. The Cashier needs a raise... promotion- he took my order, dropped fries and nuggets while preparing my 3 bags- included all condiments I requested, made myFrosty then cleaned counters while waiting to bag my burgers. Burgers were hot and delicious. This location is extremely busy.My good worker would improve this rating. Read more
My experience was awesome the customer service was great the staff work together as a team and the manager was very on point... with everything I will come again and I will recommend this Wendy to everyone. For some reason I had a dream about Wendy's that got me hankering for some even though I haven't had Wendy's in awhile & usually... when I do it's "meh" at best. Still...I wasn't deterred & after seeing that Wendy's offered breakfast I definitely had to grabsome! Enter the breakfast baconator, sausage biscuit, sausage egg & cheese croissant with a peach lemonade to top itoff. Sausage Biscuit: Price - You can't beat $1.50. This is an especially good deal because you get a decent size sausagesandwich & not the little mini ones companies try to get away with. 5/5 stars Presentation - Barebones, but nonethelessinviting with it's fresh baked bread feel as well the tender sausage. 3/5 Taste - Sausage itself is good, but has an obviouslyprocessed taste & texture to it. Everything is super soft, buttery & moist. Breakfast Baconator - Price - $7.19 for a combo ispretty good, especially since I was able to pick a large drink & side without having to pay upcharges. 5/5 stars Presentation- Albeit the cheese got a little out of hand, this is a beauty of a breakfast sandwich. Perfectly warm, soft, buttery & moistcroissant with everything in a neat square stack. Cheese is melted which is a plus! 4/5 stars Taste - I feel like I wasbamboozled because this was sausage instead of beef (a baconator on a croissant with egg was extremely appealing,) but it was myfault for not fully reading the description. Everything came together nicely with the crispy bacon & perfectly cooked egg. Thesausage once again had that processed taste to it. Picking a croissant instead of the normal bun is definitely the way to go asit is just so deliciously buttery. It is also not greasy & mess free! 4/5 stars Overall, things have improved with this placefrom. Several years ago it was different, but now they prepared my food fairly quickly. The food is great. The food is fresh most of the time. The staff is professional and the exterior of the building is clean, I've never been inside.
