This is maybe my second time on this super slow establishment and when I say first it's not my area was picking up dinner for me... and my elderly parents who was looking foward to the meal let me just say what a disappointment for $40 bucks burgers were pinkin the middle and fries barely warm and lemonade not cold. These places really need to take more pride because if you're alreadymaking people wait because I know that they weren't making their time why isn't the food prepared right????????????? Read more
This is bout the worst Wendy?s ever. The attitudes are just completely nasty and I see where the staff gets it from. The manger... is very rude. She doesn?t greet or anything. Always look like she doesn?t want to be at work. Food is never fresh. I keep givingthis Wendy?s chances but tonight was the last one. The kiosk screens were barely work I hurt my knuckles pressing the buttons over and over to continue my order. Took 5+minutes to... order my food, then couldn?t pay at the kiosk, took another 5+ minutes to have THE MANAGER, GRISELDA take my card payment.Finally after 15 for my food, the manager GRISELDA gave me a 4 piece nugget when I ordered 10, gave me a single cheese burgerwith bacon nothing else when i ordered a DAVES SINGLE COMBO?. The young lady was rude on the drive thru. If someone doesn't hear you because you ask to help BEFORE they pull all the way up,... that doesn't require her to be rude because she asks a 2nd time. I did let her know that I didn't hear her the first time andI'm sure that time let her know that she was rude and that was unnecessary! I'll never go back there, always an issue. My little sister and I came here, and the service was bad from start to finish. We ordered our food, paid for it, and they... completely messed up our order. I ordered a number four with no drink, asked for BBQ sauce, my sister ordered the number one,with a drink, and they didn't give us fries at all. No fries, no receipt, and no straw for my sister's drink. Then when we toldthem about the mistake, the young woman didn't seem to care at all. We paid for fries that should've been apart of our order. Idon't care how hungry I get, I will not be spending my money at this location anymore. Management needs to hire workers thatcare, and can service the customers better at this location. I understand some may hate their job, but they can at least hide itwhile serving the customers. I really want this location to do better, but I don't see that happening anytime soon. I hope itgets better, and they can hire workers that care, because the staff at this location don't care at all. WORST Wendy's ever. Extremely ghetto staff with absolutely no personality. Not even a "hello" or "have a nice day". All of the... cheaper options were taped over, and you get charged extra so hopefully you don't notice and they can pocket a dollar here andthere. If that is done to every customer, they are making a killing. Of course no receipt. On top of all that, the paper holdingmy sandwich had a hole on the side of it, like a finger went through my food. I obviously couldn't eat it. When I did open it tolook through it, everything was soggy and falling apart. Sandwiches. These people aren't smart enough to make sandwiches. Ifcorporate visited this location, they would be shut down. Which who knows where these people would work that required an IQlower than the capability of putting together a hamburger. I went to Wendy's on 06/25/22 for what I thought was a quick dinner. ???? They been open well over two years. They're just as... slow as they were when they first opened. ???? Worst Wendy's I've ever seen! They are rude every time to go, they will get your order wrong every time you go, you will wait... even if you order online in advance every time you go!
