Great customer service. The best, most moist, crave worthy gluten free blueberry muffin I have ever had. I absolutely loved... eating it. And will be dreaming of that muffin. Chai tea was tasty, no up-charge for soy milk is awesome. Read more

West Town Bakery was a fantastic cake vendor. Samantha, our pastry chef, was so accommodating from start to finish. Not only did... she rise to the challenge of creating a whimsical wedding cake for me but the cake itself was also moist and delicious. Mywedding was 2 weeks ago and I'm still getting compliments about how good the cake was. My husband and I plan to visit the bakerysometime to order another cake. Absolutely great service. Read more
Great coffee, great baked goods, they play good music and have really cool staff. All around, this place is great.
I wasn?t crazy about the cake pops. However, the customer service was great and I?d absolutely return for the beverage I bought.
