No complains about the food but the service one must be extremely desiring them sliders or desperately hungry to have to wait as... long as it shouldn’t have to be especially when its evident not much customer in or outside the drive through. This establishment gave me nice fresh burgers and this wasn't the first time I've received good hot fresh food and didn't wait... long and I had a friend with me with a large order and they received the same great service. Yoo I forgot to yell yall I lovelove love the ghost pepper cheese burgers and that deal for 10 cheeseburgers was very much worth it. Read more
Rude and unprofessional. Seriously, someone from White Castle needs to step in. The wait time is ridiculous. 2 cars in front of... me, dining room closed, took about 20 minutes to reach the speaker (4 sliders, 1 fry, 1 drink), waited 10 more minutes at 1stwindow, told 1 minute at window 2 but after 15 minutes I contacted the employee and was told "order is coming, you are not theonly one". No customers inside, none in the drive thru but me. 10 more minutes and I was handed the order. Almost 1 hour forsuch a small order and rude service. Never again. I understand they have online orders but shouldn't you be first concerned withthe only person that is actually there? No one seems to care in the company to change this judging from all the negative reviewsand bad comments. Read more
We had got a special on the cheese burger sliders and the cashier asked what kind of cheese would we like. We told her we didn't... care, mix it up! Now mind you, we haven't had White Castle in a long while. Ours in Waukegan had left. So when we ate theburgers I was wondering why they're so spicy. I'm like this is no pepper jack cheese. We didn't know until we went back thesecond time and the cashier asked how did we like the ghost pepper cheese? ???? Ghost pepper cheese? ???????????? But it wasstill pretty good though. I also had gooey cheese sticks. Nice cheese pull and my friend had the onion rings with hers. The foodwas hot and fresh. We went through the drive thru. And it didn't take long. Read more
I love white castle milkshakes they use to be thick and delicious...then they offered my favorite flavor strawberry OMG I... thought now they will really rack up...but to my surprise it was in the menu but they didn't have it often enough and now theydon't offer it at all bummer ???? Read more
White Castle has been on my list of favorites since the first time I ate at one in 1985 while on a high school choir trip. True... to form, the sliders were great. My only complaint is that the restroom was a disaster! Read more
