The drive-thru Lane was so long it was blocking traffic in the strip mall parking lot. I ventured into the restaurant to avoid... the line after 19 minutes without placing an order, I left hungry. No less than seven individuals were visible from the lobby ofthe restaurant. It was not easy to tell what they were doing. During my wait one person left the lobby with food. Read more

I stopped in to get my lunch from this establishment before work . I waited 45 minutes for my order of : chessy 10 pack,and... mozzarella sticks. I would have done better to ask for a refund . The food was horrible ,the food tasted old, the service wasvery bad , the clerk on the cash Register had a attitude and the workers fixing the food were talking rude to the customers, when they brought their wrong orders back . Therer was food on the floor behind the counter ,and the grill was nasty.Thisestablishment has young people that obviously don't want to work .I had to throw my food away. I previously used to frequentthis store, the food was good . But I will now walk pass this store .Poor service ,Bad food. Read more

This is a different location than I normally frequent but it was still fast and the sliders were still great.

I went through the drive thru. The service was excellent they even have a fundraiser for children with PTSD. The food was worse... than normal. It is White Castles, but I went for the 1921 burger because I had one on 95th St. I should have driven back to95th street. The burger tasted like they just recycled their regular burgers. The fries were not hot and half cooked. There wasa line behind me so it must be hit or miss.(Or maybe they gave me bad food because I didn't donate to the fundraiser.) I am notgoing back to find out. I moved to Georgia a few years they don't have White Castle in Georgia. My first meal back in Chicago was White Castle...they... didn't disappoint. It tasted the same as when I grew up in Chicago many years ago. I had my favorite..a double cheeseburger withextra pickles and extra onions, onion rings and a chocolate shake. I was in heaven ???????????? Read more

I can't believe I waited 15 mins for a fried egg that was already done. I just wanted a fried egg between toast......no cheese,... no meat. Mind you I didn't eat the bread because I don't eat white bread.....but 15 mins. Never again because I ended up beinglate for work when I allotted myself the time so I could eat. The egg was good but I'll never detour there again. Read more

Place is drive thru only. First time having these freshly made and it is a world of difference. There is no warmed over flavour... problem as with the frozen ones you buy in the store. The beef flavor really comes through and the pickle does help out. Youcan easily eat at least four of them. Don't get the fries, crispy but otherwise unremarkable. Read more

Yes it is fast food, but not with the low quality care as the others. My first time experience at one these gems (I’m from... Miami) and it did not disappoint! You have to try what ever burger and fries with the off menu item “the animal” and thankme later. Read more
