Took 20 minutes to get two 1921 burgers. Burgers were fresh though
This is the worst white castle I have ever been to. I used to work for white castle so I know there can be a wait but there was... no one here and it still took 20 mins for one burger 6 chicken rings and one fry. Lol you can tell they are mad that you came upthere cuz it literally takes 1 minute to fry the chicken rings and fries I know I worked here. EVERY THING WAS COLD WHEN I GOTIT! So basically they cooked my food and let it sit because they hate there job. Smh this job isn't the best but that's messedup I didn't even eat my cold loaded fries because I am sure they probably spit in it. Please do yourself a favor and don't evenwaste your time at this one. Cold undone fries; been up here 30 minutes and order is still not done. Started off in driveway and order was gave to wrong... customer. Then got my order with missing items. The young staff is working short. This used to be a better location…. Read more
Poor Management, always long wait time in drive thru, constantly running out of popular soda flavors. Like really you didn't... realize people wanted Coke or sprite. Order takers are friendly. Management needs help getting back on track. Read more
This one is great! I know it's White Castles they all make the same food the same way. They sure do, so why is this one great?... The night crew! Extremely nice people! They made a mistake on my order, they are human. It's the lengths they went through tohelp me correct it that makes this place. Their efforts failed us both because the White Castles on 121st and Cicero are lyingJenks. That doesn't matter because the good people at this store made it alright. If the food is the same at every place, thenall you have to be great is good CUSTOMER SERVICE! Doesn't cost you a dime. Read more

Line was pretty long and moving slow. A few people drove off, then it was our turn lady said nicely give me a minute sure np....
