Friendly staff, fresh food, appears to be busier than others in the area so sometimes a short wait.
They're ok. The employee's could use better customer service. Food was nice and hot.

The clerk taking the order had an unpleasant demeanor. No one there "working" looked like they wanted to be there. The tables... weren't clean and the drink machine was untidy. The food was edible, but my fries looked like they were cooked yesteryear. Iwant fries that look like the ones on the posters....all golden. Read more
We go to this White Castle frequently. We love to order their cheese sticks with some marinara sauce! They have friendly... customer service and are always professional. The food is always hot and the order is always correct. You dont have to checkyour bag to ensure your order is correct like at McDonald's lol. The only negative is that they are slow, especially when itscrowded. But overall the experience we have here is always positive. Read more
