THE WORST WINGSTOP. I couldn?t believe how rude and long it took these employees to do anything. There was NO other customers... and they had ONE receipt hanging, he said ten minutes and it was 23 minutes exactly before we got our food? Unreal. They forgotforks and ketchup and even the girl who came back from her break was upset. I love wingstop but I would literally never comehere again. Read more
We place an order at 10:01pm and they told us to wait 15 minutes until it had passed about 30 minutes, I had also experienced... another customer had placed an order about 2 minutes after us I had overheard that the cashier said that they would have thefood ready in 10 minutes, those 10 minutes had passed and it still wading ready so they had to get a REFUND ON THEIR FOOD, thestaff was laughing and playing and just joking around like there was no orders waiting, overall bad customer service I do notrecommend coming here it is awful. The place including the parking lot is filthy. They have trouble following special orders whether you want something low sauce... extra sauce or well done. Honestly I'm surprised their corporate office hasn't suspended the franchise.I was actually givenundercooked chicken. Employee on phone the whole time. Did not drain oil and ended with quarter cup oil in my food. The sign in Spanish has only the... cognate correctly spelled. Read more
I went into order my food waited 25 minutes for burnt food chicken tasted old didnt even get to eat the food I paid for a waste... of money never going to this one ever again I'll stick to the one in niles Read more
