DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. What in the living hell is wrong with people. Humans who truly could NOT care must work here.... Asked for well down fries, the only aspect of ?done? about my fries is the lack of effort that clearly went into making them.Cold as heck and stale. When Uber eats is almost 50 for two people it?s beyond asinine when they forget 2 dollar ranches andserve up cold food. Oh they also forgot my drink. Will NEVER order here again and I hope this location gets closed down becauseit seems this is on trend for your establishment. DO BETTER. Read more

Order placed at 7pm via Wingstop website. At 8:15 I call the store because it was late and not delivered. The first store rep... tells me i need to call doordash, even though i placed the order via wingstop. The doordash number im given pings as "not inservice" so I insist they need to help since I placed the order via wingstop and only found out they hired a 3rdp carrier todeliver. I'm told they would call Doordash and to call the store back in 20m. I wait 20m and do so, I'm told by the store thatthe delivery carrier Doordash would resend my order if I call them myself. I call Doordash at the 2h mark, they tell me theWingstop store rep directly lied at my face because they never called doordash and just told me to call Doordash to get rid ofme. Further, they told me that the reason they couldn't deliver and never called is because Wingstop only sent Doordash mybuilding address and nothing else (missing delivery info such as number, apartment number, delivery notes etc). They further saythey cant redeliver or help me at all since the order was placed via Wingstop, not them. I call Wingstop once again and the CSrep tries to convince me to just place a new 2nd order before ive even been refunded for the first lost one... with noguarantees that the same exact thing will just happen again of course. The rep didn't even know the difference between a websiteand an application. I refuse and demand a refund at the 3h and 10m mark... the rep says she would but doesn't know when therefund would register and cannot provide any sort of email confirmation of the entire ordeal. It is now almost 10:30 and I stilldont have any food or a refund. TL;DR Wingstop took my money, and did not deliver my food or refund me. This was after lying tome and making me waste over 3 hours talking to different reps on the phone. This was an embarrasing and abysmal experience. I've been given the wrong flavor of wings 3 out of the last 5 times. It clearly says what I ordered on the receipt, but they... got them wrong. I contacted customer service and I got a 10 gift card for an order that was 30 dollars and was 100% the wrongorder. We don't need sub par meat and generic butt tasting flavors. Read more

I would not be eating from here Nomore first off when I reserve a time to pick up my food they made my food 5 hours early. I... place my order at 5 and picked up my order at 10 before I went to work my food was extremely cold, July 30th it was suppose tobe a issued refund still haven?t gotten anything and nothings wrong with my bank.. Went for pick up, and they made an honest mistake on my order. I called to report my missing item, and they re issued my entire... meal complimentary. This is an example of great customer service. I've had terrible luck with other places that over charge andcan't own up to their flaws. Jasmine and her manager were very pleasant. Read more

I came here to buy chicken wings for take out. I will eat those in my home. Then I try their Cajun Corn Lets because it looks... yummy, so I add it on my order. I'm at my counter and tell them my order. I wait 15 minutes before I get my order. When I'm inthe car I pick one chicken wings and it was so crunchy and yummy. The flavor was really good and salty and I liked it. Thechicken inside was juicy. Their Cajun Corn Lets were really good. It was so juicy and flavorful. It was savory and very yummy.I'm so glad that I ordered it. If I come back here again. I ordered a lot of it again. The only problem is when I go home thechicken was not crunchy anymore. FOOD is prepared well according to Chain standards. STAFF is pleasant and helpful. CLEAN, more or less. Rating based on POOR... PRODUCTS -- heavy on salt, saltiness on mild sauce, uneven soda carbonation, sauce-based. You can make ALL the availableproducts at home at a lesser price! BONELESS WINGS are made from breast (see photo texture & color), shaped into a nugget! Mostoffensive & insulting of them all. You need to be buzzed-in for RESTROOM use. Read more

I ordered 2 10 piece classic wings through postmates last night. I recieved boneless wings. The wings where so greasy that the... grease leaked through the bag. The fries were old as hell. It looked like some fries somebody threw away. I waited over an hourfor this food and couldn't eat it.....never order from this wingstop again. NEVER!
