Honestly this place is out of control was a respectable establishment but over the course of last 4 month service has been... horrible customer service I'd give no stars if there was an option staff working there have a nasty attitude seems like if theremorning manager aint there it's chaos . These ppl are more worried about joking laughing flirting with each other then anything. Second time I walk in and employees aren?t wearing any gloves. Seen one of them touching his beard and still handle food.... Whatever, I still ordered my food and asked how long it would take they told me 10-15minutes. I waited I was expecting my foodto be nice and hot instead it was hardly warm . Stopped on my way home. I wasn?t impressed with much here. I called my order in and was told 40 minutes and it would be ready... for pick up. I arrived 45 minutes after placing order - my order was ?next to come out?. Fifteen minutes later I was stillwaiting. When I raised concern I was told, ?as you can see we are just a little busy.? 2nd time I been to this location. First time wasn?t so bad but they did have all those people in the kitchen and still took... long. This time I went there was only 2 people working so I get the long wait but when I received my food I was mad when I gothome and saw my wings were not at all saucy . I always order the same thing , lemon pepper and mango habanero. Literally lookslike they just put them in the box straight from the oil forgetting to toss them in the sauce. My fiancés fries had a piece ofthe whole potato in her fries. This was so far the worst experience. Also all the wings were all in the same container eventhough these were 2 separate orders.
