We called the restaurant ceveral times and no one ever picked up. We had to go inside and order instead. I've never seen a... business that only takes credit card. If the owner doesn't trust the employees maybe they should get new ones. The girl at thefront charged us for something that was $18 that we never ordered. We told them right away and wanted a refund. The cashieracted like she didn't hear me and waited 20 more minutes, then she told her coworker. The coworker didn't know how to giverefunds so he had to call the manager on the phone making me wait longer. We finally received our food and when we got home ourfries were full of sugar. I know right now it's tough with employee shortage but there should always be some one that knows whatthey are doing. We waited 50 minutes for our order to later not even be able to eat it cause it was too sweet. Read more
Bad customer service, impatient. Superior visor Fernando doesn't know how to work with people, and is very unprofessional. App was having issues so I went in to order. This place is cash only, seems counterproductive since it's a neighborhood where... there's a high immigrant community. I had to drive all the way to Halsted to do my order instead since all I had was cash.Needless to say I'm less than impressed. I get not being able to hand out change, but you could've keep the 89 cents and givenmy the cash only and I wouldn't have cared. Better than driving miles away to another one but whatever. Great place to get wings for lunch. I usually place my order through the website and schedule a pick up time. Love the service... and customer service I get at this location. My wings and fries are always done fresh. Flavor is always right. Just make sure ifyou don?t like your fries with their seasoning you specify. Seems like they don?t take cash only card payment. Also if you orderthrough the website you are only able to pay through card no option to pay in store. Read more
