Ordered online and food was never delivered to us when the website had already stated our food was delivered. This was the worst... experience I have had with Wingstop ever! EXRTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! Terrible service, communication issues and they act as if they literally understand what you order so you must check your items... and before you leave. I don't like anything hot or spicy so of course that's exactly what I got and it was over cooked, burnedto a crisp. Also be prepared to be harrassed by the homeless who will even follow you in as they get comfortable watchingtelevision waiting for your order to finish to follow you begging. Read more
Just one Observation, if you filter the reviews to newest and scroll down a bit, you will see a lot of 5 star reviews that are... alike and all written by south Asian people. I guarantee this, most of the people from those reviews might not have even been tothe store. Review system is there to help people locate to a right location but such practices ruins that as well. The honestrating would be about 2 start to 2.5 stars max. Also to google, why would let anyone be able to review without checking if theperson have ever been to the place??? Read more
Management is cheap. The cashier said the only way I could get wings and dip without the fries is if I get a large. I said sure... but when I got my wings, he attempted to charge me for the ranch. When do wings not come with at least 1 ranch or blue cheese??I didn't get napkins either and they put my 10 piece mixed wings in the smallest container possible. This is best Wingstop location. They do great job job of seasoning the wings and the customer service is awesome. Even though... they are out of our delivery zone, we will drive there for the carryout. Best Wingstop in city. Read more
This was my first time trying wingstop and i am gonna stop eating wings after my experience here. I was disappointed with all of... my orders maybe expect the BBQ, i would say it was not as bad as the others. Hardly any seasoning on my wings. Usually garlicparmesan is my favourite flavour but I didn?t like it here at all. Service was Ok, food was not. For a place specializing inwings, I expected more :/ Read more
