My wife and I each got the Philly sandwich combo and we were both impressed! The amount of food for $10 and change was... incredible! Juicy meat, melted cheese, fresh romaine lettuce, grilled onions and peppers and a surprisingly soft bun. And thena heaping portion of my favorite type of fries - crinkle cut! Straight up the best value gyro I've ever had. Under $10 and they put a whole chicken breast over it so it was literally... overflowing with chicken and salad. Served fast - in less than 5min. It's a local favorite - a few police and a fedex driver gotfood there when i visited. Read more
Zeus is a small greek sandwich shop in the Greek Town region of Chicago. There is only limited paid street parking available in... the area. There are only 3 tables and one counter with 5 stools. Everything is counter service. The Menu is expansive. The foodis outstanding! Parking is challenging. Takeout and Delivery orders are constant. The seating is very limited. Plentiful, fresh and delicious. I am happy I stopped in, exactly in the mood for gyro. I skipped breakfast, and the mixed plate... filled me up just right, with the tastes making me smile the whole time. This is a fabulous Greek Casual place, and I will stophere for lunch again soon. Read more
Disappointed. Greek Chicken salad is not edible - chicken too salty. Dressing is almost all oil so no flavor in the salad. ... Olives soft and mushy. Chicken breast plate was also awful. Chicken extremely salty. Pita bread very greasy and soggy - shouldbe warm and fluffy. This is Greek town why is this food sooooo bad. I get better food in places where there are no Greeks:) thegyros plate was okay but nothing special. I have the place a try and will not be coming back. Many other much better placesnearby. Read more
Gross, bad attitudes, and delivery orders are always wrong. i can spend $30 on getting a better gyro delivered from any old... place. no need to bother with zeus' slimy, cold, overcooked, and oversalted food. Read more
