I go to this place all the time with my sisters on our lunch break. The girl behind the counter who is not Indian is so rude.... She was barely putting food on my sand which and I kept asking for extra. And she was just passive aggressive the whole time. Idon?t know why they keep employees like this at a facility. The service here was terrible. I went in and ask for a tuna salad with an extra scoop of tuna (in which I was willing to pay for... it). The lady at the register was so rude, until my granddaughter is still talking about the store visit, and not in a good way.I will never shop there again. Read more
I ordered the foot long chicken ranch bacon and it was awesome....I added 2 oatmeal and 2 chocolate chip cookies to the list... ..this location is clean..no public restroom or indoor eating due to covid-19 pandemic...but all in all I will com back Read more
Cookies are always hard and never fresh, I?d like more than 3 pickles on each side of my footlong and if I ask for extra I get 3... more on each side. They?re clearly trying to stretch everything. Stop in to grab a bowl of soup from Subway on Lincoln Hwy in Chi Hts. I haven't been to a Subway in 3 years... It was nice to... see that they still have that clean healthy vibe, not only with their sandwiches but also the restaurant itself. I ended upgetting a Tuna instead and it was still a tasty sandwich. I'm pretty sure this is general knowledge for those who live in the area, but I'd like to reiterate that this Subway is the... worst. Today I needed Subway and this was my only option, so I left 40 minutes for being waited on, and went in. I stood in linefor quite some time, waiting for the woman to be done with the customers ahead of me. She finally finished with them, andinstead of even acknowledging my presence as the next and only person in line, she wandered over to a broom and started sweepingsome general dust. Then she proceeded to wander into the back. On the desk there, they have a bell to ring if you're in line andthere's no one in the front to take care of you. I tap the bell. Not agressively, just, "ding!" The woman returns, and in asarcastic, rude voice, informs me the she "JUST" told someone else to take care of me, indicating that I should not have rungthe bell. To that woman, I say: A) I used the bell for it's intended purpose. B ) If in fact you passed the responsibility on,it was not you for whom the bell was intended. C) If I acted that way to a customer in my very similar job, there would beconsequences. D) There are incredibly rude customers in the world. I am not one of them. E) If you don't want me to ask youpolitely to do your job, then just do it yourself. F) If you think I don't know how your job works, I actually do. I have thesame job at a different restaurant.
