I am in line as I am writing this and I have been in line for 17 minutes. Seven minutes waiting to get my order taken and then... 10 minutes waiting to get my food. I suggest if you are not in a rush do not come to this Wendy's expecting fast food becauseyou will be sorely disappointed. On top of that my food was cold and my frosty had melted. I went this morning and got a Baconator Breakfast sandwich with no cheese and a Honey Butter Chicken. My Chicken wasnt cooked... thoroughly, I've been calling the location with no answer, so that's why I decided to leave a review. Went here a few weeks ago and sign said "dining room now open" and when I tried to dine-in, they kicked me out. They shouldn't... have the sign up if the dining room is really closed...never coming back to the Chicago Heights Wendy's...in fact, I'm done withWendy's period.
