Today came in. It was 4 of us the waiter took our order for drinks. Then 5 minutes later they took our food order it took close... to 50 minutes for the order to come out and when it came out it was barely warm. Fries where cold. This BBW location is one of my favorites. It tends to be busy since it?s right next door to the mall. I always had a great sever... whenever I dined in. There is no hassle when I order take out online. The food is flavorful and hot. Drinks are pretty good. Read more

Amazing experience inside But 2 stars for the ppl who work on the take out rude and have no experience the ppl who work as... waiters are amazing that?s why I put a 5 star who ever worked today Thursday may 5 at 1:30 pm deserve a huge raise! Disappointed. I hadn?t been back to BWW in over a year because every order was not meeting my expectations. Today was my sign... that it is not time to return to BWW. I ordered online for pick up, they were really busy so my food was not ready at the timeestimated, what was odd though that as soon as my food was ready I ate it 10 mins later and the food was cold! As you can seepictured are my dry wings. My order was not accurate, I didn?t get my shredded cheese on my wedges, but I sure was charged forit. BWW just isn?t what it used to be, and I miss it.
