Ordering was easy, paying was easy. Friendly customer service at the drive thru. Ordered the chicken fingers. They were warm and... a bit over cooked, still edible but just ok. The floors is this wee very sticky. The bathrooms stunk and we're very dirty. Same for the floors. The food not so hot. Cold... Alice of cheese on a burger. Burger King is not the same when I was a kid. It's like microwave food. That didn't even have thegrill going. No flame- broil here. Read more
Service was very slow. It took them 12 minutes to get my order ready in the drive-thru. The Bacon Cheese Whopper and fries I... ordered came cold with an almost half of a whole uncut onion just tossed into the burger. The young woman working the window didnot wear a mask, yet on that window is a mask requirement for staff and guests. I also had to wait several minutes to beacknowledged at the drive-up menu/microphone area. I see other one-star reviews on Google for this location, and now I believethem. Nightmare. Read more
I don?t know what happen but this is by far the worst meal I received from this location. I never had a problem with my orders... but today I received one whopper with only 3 pieces of lettuce, another with old lettuce, the chicken sandwich was so old it wasnot edible, and another whopper bathed in Mayo.
