I work in the mall and I come to the food court often to get myself lunch or dinner. And this Burger King is notorious for... workers at the mall, for being horrible. There is NEVER a worker outside. They are always hiding in the back and never check forcustomers. Then when they do come out. It takes them like 20 minutes to make you your food. I went here once and it took almostmy entire break, just to get a burger. Save yourself a doctors visit, and DO NOT go here. And BK corporate if you?re readingthis. Shut down this horrible location. No one even here to take our order. Been standing here for 5 minutes not one single worker comes out. Ridiculous and pathetic.

I worked here for 5 days and made sure all was selling and all was clean and food was always fresh . the girl who was horrible... at this job quit and then came back and took my hours .let me tell when I got here there were and still is fruit flieseverywhere ants all over the food, JASPER an employee doesn't wear gloves nor wash his hands and he goes around the mallsnorting and picking his nose . The other female Joanne like to pick things up from the floor and give them to customers whetherit's bread, a nugget, or patty she has dropped a few things and put them back onto the entree I was working here part time fornow and I worked with bk for 4 years before and coming back and seeing this was horrible NEVER IN MY LIFE .. no type of Foodsafety here or in the bk at hickory hills . This place is horrible! I work in the mall & had came to get a ?quick meal?. Their line was not even long, but their line... WAITING for your food is what?s takes FOREVER. Last time coming here thanks to a rude worker who messed up my order. Ordered a large Whopper with cheese meal. I got small... fries and a small drink but it was a small amount of fries and when I asked to fix the fries she gave me a dirty look and gaveme an attitude like she doesn't want to work. I opened the bag and she messed up the burger because there's no cheese plus itwas cold and moldy I had to put it in the trash. I just only ate half the fries and half the small drink before putting both inthe garbage. Go to a different Burger King if you want better service. This place needs to shut down. Update: 11/15/2022: It isclosed for good! Its going to be replaced by a different burger place. Read more
