I?ve been so busy that I forgot to leave a review?I recently almost a month ago quit this job?after 2years?I have never worked... for a company where they don?t care about employees ?although they?ll say they do? I have been threaten at this place multipletimes just by asking to put mask on. They show favoritism, the training they do now for new employees is terrible(they barelytrain them)and In my 2years working there out of all the games/promos they play they never offer their employees anything(butI?m sure the managers get things) even when I worked at McDonalds we received a bday cake lol. I only did morning shift? I useto come in have to do overnight work and then some ?but they rewarded employees for the work?I may not of been the jolliestemployee but I came to work ONTIME unless of emergency and did my work?this Job is something to do when you literally trying toto get on feet? I planned on posting pictures of lack of work,texts etc that I?ve been saving?but I just wanted to leave myreview as a employee and now I understand why they have so many bad reviews on indeed etc?nonetheless the store itself is a cuteset up and I a few of my customers I do miss?those who just never have a hard time for simply doing my job. If you want to loose your money fast and easy just come to this place. No chance to win. Just watch the attendant just stay at... the front tablet like he or she can guide who win or loose from there. Read more
They are still cleaning machines and masks are required that's a good thing
Great place to work at. We strive on maintaining a safe and clean environment for our customers.
The place doesn?t have tax included in their beverages makes it awkward to tip, you can tell immediately they have their... machines set to pay off very little. I?ve played the same games in many different places. This place has decided to set themachines at low payout. The employee was very awkward, she asked to check my id three times They keep the front door lockeduntil you buzz which was very awkward when the employee was sitting next to the door and waited for the guy to pull on thelocked door. Just a very awkward slots place. I doubt they?ll be around much longer at location. Save your time and money. Read more
I went to this location at 9 am today on Sunday 10/7/2018. Sign said open looked at hours says 8 am opens. Door was locked rang... the bell for about 10-15 minutes then left call the location when i was at front of store left a message then left and seen ashadow from my car walking around in the back of store.. ridiculous should call BBB Read more

I went into Stella's this afternoon and was greeted by the employee that was on the afternoon shift , I have to tell you , she... was creepy . I was the only one there and didn't realize she was sitting on a bench 3 feet away from me watching me play . WhenI got up to leave she gave me this peculiar look and said congratulations on my win . Then I remembered I was there before andshe talked to me the whole time I was there . I didn't come to chat I came to play . I will never go to that location in ChicagoRidge again . She probably does it all the time that's why no one else was there . Read more
