It was around 10:45- 11:00ish pm when I sat in drive-thru for I do not know how long before I decided to drive around to the... window where I waited even longer. I saw workers in the building walking around. I started knocking on the window. Still Iwaited. Finally a dish worker came to assist me and told me he'd get the manager. The manager did not have a good explanation asto why I (customer) had just sat there for as long as I have. And believe me, if the food wasn't for my kiddo I wouldn't have.The manager was not at all apologetic nor compensating. I finally get to second window and get my food. My fries were cold andold! I pull back around to let her know and she (manager) had a hateful demeanor about my complaint when she handed me anotherfry. Worst experience I've ever experienced at McDonald's in Chickamauga! This is the best McDonald's restaurant I have ever been to. Manager Mason is so friendly and helpful. Despite being very busy,... she took time to wait on me and make sure my order was correct (which it was) and that I got a spoon for my delicious milkshake. The attention to detail in filling orders and the fast and professional manner of all employees here makes me want toreturn again soon. Recommended.???????? Read more
This location has gone downhill so far they make McD in Ft.O look like a 3* restaurant. waited on #7 and 2 dbl cheese for over... 20 minutes they parked me along with 7 other cars. This was second night in the row. The terrible part is the food wasn't evenhot pr good at all either night.. Won't be returning to this location again anytime soon.. Read more
We visited via drive thru at 9:44am on Saturday 7-2-22. Don't think I've ever left a review for fast food BUT this crew was... awesome. Everyone we spoke to was super friendly. Our food was hot. Just a good day for a quick breakfast so thanks guys!! Read more
Great that they serve fries and all lunch during breakfast but request the fries are not overcooked. Paid $3.39 for a large fry... that was too hard to eat. They were so nice to replace the fry. Read more
Disgusting old food that was 100% inedible. I worked at two McDonald's and saw plenty of kitchen employees who were lazy or got... petty and grabbed an old patty from a sandwich that had been sitting there for hours to be used. I looked away and tried not tostart issues with my employees. I got sick for 24 hours just by eating a few bites. How you know chicken nuggets are really oldis them having empty spots inside the chicken nugget which I added a picture of. How I knew the quarter pounder was old was thetaste, then opening the sandwich to inspect it. The bottom patty was upside down where the cheese was located. They flipped overlike I had seen at my jobs at McDonald's. The cheese was hard and had bubbles in it which you also can see in the pictures. Ihave never tasted any of the food from McDonald's like this. The taste of both were really strange. I was offered a free mealbut I don't want it because I got a door dash refund as well as a credit on my door dash account. I can't believe people allowthis old food to be delivered when you pay for fresh food. I will not go to any McDonald's for awhile. I'll just get nauseousand lose my appetite. Keep your free meal. McDonald's is still one of my go to places ever since I was a kid. I'm now 55 year's old and I still enjoy a Big Mac or Quarter... Pounder every now and then. Thank you to all the staff who are understaffed and over worked! You all are doing such a wonderfuljob! Read more
