The cashier rung up the wrong combo for my wife. When we got our food I told the mgr it was wrong. She said well you should have... checked your order on the screen and with no apologies she made me pay for my quesadilla that they didn't ring up correctly. Shethen proceeded to go to the back where I could still see and hear her and started bad mouthing me(the customer) to hercoworkers. She then made us wait on that quesadilla until my son and I were done eating. We watched her take her hand and rubsomething on the quesadilla before she brought it. Needless to say, it went in the trash. I have never been to an establishmentwhere the customer was ridiculed and had to pay for the restaurant's mistake. I love Taco Bell but this is completelyunacceptable and I will not return to the Chickamauga,GA location. If you see a manager with pink hair, freckles, and a bullstyle nose ring working at this location, turn around and walk out because you will get zero professionalism and zero customerservice. I'm really getting irritated at this Taco Bell. I go through the drive thru at least once a week spending between $40-$50 a... trip. I want to say 75% of the time something is left out of my order. If I'm spending upwards to $50 a visit the least they cando is make sure my entire order is there. By the time I retrieve the items left out and get home my food is cold. Dobetter!! I'm sure another Taco Bell would be happy to get my $50 a visit. Read more
Worst taco bell in the area. Food always taste old, is usually cold, and usually will be under loaded as far as the taco... stuffing. Or you'll get majority lettuce. If the Food gets better I'll change my review. Read more
Good little place with reliable service and fun staff. A lot of younger kids here learning the ropes as of this writing and... they're all pleasant and eager to help. I've had a order wrong a time or two but it's always rectified and owned. They are apleasant bunch of folks. Keep up the good work. Read more
I?m only giving a star at all because it makes you. This is the worst Taco Bell around here, and it used to be great! My order... was poorly thrown together with one maybe possibly two pieces of chicken on the chicken bacon ranch burrito, also it wasbasically lettuce and a ton of sauce, my taco was so bad that when I called she said she knew she would have to replace it. Thensaid she wasn?t replacing the whole order for two items and as I was calmly telling her the problem with the rest of the food,she said I made that burrito myself I know it has more than one piece of chicken, I said well I assure you it does not, she saidthat they wasn?t replacing the whole order for two items, I offered to bring the whole order back for her to see for herself andgive them this food back and have it replaced she refused to take it back and refused to replace it, insinuated I was lying, andwent on to say that I?m just picking to try to get free food and hung up on me.
