Forget Saraland, this little hole in the wall in Chickasaw has the best chicken and okra i have had in years. Clean, safe,... friendly staff and all food is always hot and fresh because they ONLY cook to order, nothing laying under lights. This is notstomach hunger bomb fast food so be prepared to wait a few minutes. Totally worth it it. Not far off the I 65 exit. Read more

My wife and I were traveling thru, from Texas headed to North Carolina to visit family. And, We love sampling local wings when... traveling. Found this joint online and the menu and reviews were great. So, of course, we drove the four miles to find out forourselves. Best wings we?ve enjoyed in some time. Can?t believe I?ve missed this joint all these years passing thru the Mobilearea. Hallelujah!, I?ve struck pure gold. Great food, incredible staff, warm welcoming hometown feel. I had the 20 piece HOT,naked. My wife, 10 piece parmesan wet and dry, half/half, naked. Both were awesome! While waiting for our order, I watched inawe as take out order after take out order was picked up by folks addressed by their [first names]. Folks, this is truly afamily, community-oriented establishment, no doubt. From the quaint tables to the very colorful walls adorned with musical, historical trivia and tributes to the basics lining the walls depicting what it takes to create the foundation of any goodbusiness (passages of scripture, the importance of blessings), this wonderful eatery is a must-visit if you?re in the zipcode. I got so excited when I received my goodies, i forgot to return my ticket number. It was not until I returned to myhotel room that I realized I had forgotten to surrender it. I will make it a life mission to return it when traveling backthrough. Or, perhaps keep as a nice souvenir and keepsake as a reminder of what goes in my bucket list some day. Hmmm?. Willsee. Highly recommend this establishment! Read more

Definitely a must try Now my reviews are direct reflections of personal experiences. I had a 20 piece with 2 sauces, over priced... given these wings are super tiny. I say this as Walmart has bigger wings for reasonable prices. Those sauces are the onlyhighlights of my review, they are on point and I'd recommend those on just about anything.. Now the reason I only gave 3 stars, this made me sick. Before you Karen's decide to fire back know this, I don't eat preservatives but once a week. So this was mytreat. Furthermore I've seen tiny wings like this before in Desert bought in bulk for dirt cheap because the chicken wasseverely underdeveloped it was ment for farm use. Not saying it's the case here but sure did remind me of said scenario. I'msure the locals love thos spot as they should it's well established and a great concept, kudos. Read more
