The older blonde lady is completely rude. Started off without saying welcome in or hi welcome to subway but instead snapped at... me cause my friend brought his noodles in to warm up cause he is low on finances. Started to argue with me about it (a payingcustomer) She could?ve just told him nicely. If your having a bad enough day you have to take it out on customers you?ve nobusiness in the customer service industry. We all have bad days and the subways in okc I bring my kids happy meals in all thetime. It?s 102 degrees outside and you won?t even let this man come in and eat his noodles in the air conditioner. I called the store 3 times and was hung up on afer being on hold for more than 10 minutes. Ordered a bacon salad. I paid for... extra bacon and had a total of three slices on top of the salad. These were not cut up. I requested cucumbers and was givepiclkes. I requested vinigar and oil and got none. There were no tomatoes on my salad and i requested them. I'll start with the good...both times visiting, bread was soft, sandwich was tasty,veggies fresh. BUT I didn't get what I... ordered through the drive-thru. I asked for a foot long veggie with pepper jack cheese, extra olive & pickles. I got Americancheese instead, only a few Olives& Pickles, no green peppers. I'll stick to ordering INSIDE I think. Ok... not sure about the drive thru kiosk. .. it didn't list the sub of the day special, and it mixed up my order with the big... order of the person behind me. .. but... the young lady who came to the window apologized repeatedly and even thanked me for myhonesty when I returned the meal deal and pointed out all I ordered was a sammich! And. .. oh how awesome was the sammich! Flatbread, roasted chicken and oodles of fresh veggies. Yummy! Read more
We don't live near this location, so we hadn't stopped here in a couple months. We stopped to get our favorite Turkey... Italianinos, the only sandwich we like from Subway, and were told that sandwich didn't exist anymore. We asked if we could getan Italian BMT and substitute the ham for turkey, they said no. They were more than happy to substitute the ham for Turkey foran extra fee of 6.00. We knew what we wanted before we went in there, so we paid it. They said there is no way to order what youwant without paying extra if the "key" is not on the register. They also said that they were going to completely get rid ofbeing able to make any changes to any sandwiches in the future. That you would only be able to order exactly the way it was onthe menu. Ordering things the way I want them is the only reason I go to Subway. We only went there occasionally, but we won'tbe back. Read more
