I placed an order on the app an hour ago for my girlfriend to pick up. The app said order received at 11:10 AM and so I thought... it was in the process of being made. When my girlfriend arrived to pick up her order they told her they never received it, butshe heard them say they didn't turn on their iPad which receives the orders. They tried saying they never had an order and thatit was our fault. We cancelled our order and left. Incredibly poor service. Read more
