I frequent this place often. I always get the same thing, they know me by what I order! I'm the "Cherries Jubilee milkshake... guy." The staff at this location are far more helpful and pleasant than any other location that I've been to, and for thatreason, I will drive by all other ice cream shops to come here. Incredibly small portion recieved also took 40 minutes for them to make for door dash to pick up. Definitely look elsewhere for... icecream unless you like paying 9$ for 3 tablespoons of icecream Read more
Extremely dirty inside. Feels like the ac isn?t working. All the icecream is melted. Super gross.
Girl who took over the order was great. Guy wearing the glasses was slower than a turtle walking and let our ice cream melt then... got huffy when we asked to have it remade because it was liquid when he finally moved onto the second item. Read more
Dude used smoothie syrup in our milkshakes caused them to be too sweet to drink double charged me for a Sunday. 6 bucks not... worth the drama of going back in if he was trying to scam the cash outa the til made another mistake cause I usually give 20bucks in tip. Ice cream is pretty good. Although nothing extraordinary. Service was great, polite, fast. Great selection of course, and a... lot of seating. Easy to find and plenty of parking too. Definitely good place for quick treat for the whole family! Read more
We were served by the most patient employee. We wanted a handpacked daiquiri ice which had just been brought out from the deep... freeze. She had to work hard at getting a quart scooped out, but smiled and was pleasant the entire time. Even gave us asample of winter white chocolate - yummy. Read more
Ordered this cake for a birthday. Wasn't ready when I went to pick up, had to wait 40 minutes after the time it was supposed to... be ready just to be told that no one knows how to write on cakes. Then after another 10 minutes they bring this out and ring meup for 35$. The picture speaks for itself. Read more
