I was crunched for time, but thought Id get ice cream as a tip for the car wash attendants, since it was hot. I ordered 2... peanut butter chocolate bowls and was told by a lady with brown and white hair that I would have to wait for the ice cream tomelt. She took it out the freezer, and I left. I pre ordered an ice cream cake 4 days early so it would be fresh for Christmas Eve dessert! I went in to pick it up and also... got 5 quarts of prepacked flavors from the freezer. The cake was not edible. The cake looked a few weeks old, the frosting waseven awful. What? How could a Baskin Robbins Ice Cream cake not be fabulous? I threw all of it away. Even the packed icecream had been thawed and refrozen as it was crystalized inside. Tossed it too! I am going to call for a refund. Read more
Over 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches. By the time I was able to eat mine, it was cold. Never saw someone move so slow in my life.
Had a resses layerd Sunda it was very good. It's been along time since I've been to baskin robbins. I remember there being a... larger selection of flavors and also a large variety of toppings. They didn't seem to have much of either. What I ordered wascorrect and quick. Read more
The gentleman working at 6 PM on 6/22/20 was very professional! He changed his gloves between serving each customer and made... sure to wash his hands! It was really nice to see this during the pandemic! Read more
At $7 for a large milkshake it's a darn shame when you buy four and they're extremely liquefied! Unbelievable on top of that we... waited for almost 10 minutes for service with nobody else in line, not sure why they put so much milk and less ice cream inthese milkshakes however I think I'm going to stick to Cold Stone from now on! Sorry fans, I was highly dissatisfied. I've had better milkshakes at burger King! I ordered a extra chocolate, in a vanilla... ice cream shake, I love the taste of chocolate. So I wait, then he brings it out, no whipped cream. What??? Then I waitagain for whipped cream, the guy says extra chocolate with whipped cream, I take first taste, hmm, I take second taste, I'mlike it doesn't taste like chocolate, I tried it again, a few more times. No I still don't taste the chocolate, let aloneEXTRA chocolate! And the price - outrageous - $7 , I'm like what? This establishment is filthy. When my son and I came here, I noticed that all the floors were grimy and covered in crumbs. The... windows were all handprinted and streaked. Trash was on the tables. The trash in the lobby was overflowing and appeared to havebeen leaking sticky substances for quite some time. The bathroom trash was overflowing, the toilet was ringed and dirty, andsoap was running down the walls into a puddle on the floor. There was a toilet plunger next to the towel dispenser. I will neverbe back, and am horrified that conditions like that exist in our town. Read more
