I've read bad reviews of this place, but I've been here twice in the last month. The first time, they hadn't received their... order, and the mobile irder had to be manually pushed through. I understood, and altered the mobile order I was picking up noproblem. The poor guy working the drive thru had already been yelled at, I'm sure, but since I treat fast food workers like thesaviors they are, and my food always tastes great! Service quality of this BK has plummeted. It's a joke. You're better off waiting in the long line of In-N-Out. I was the only... car in the drive-thru and it took them 30 mins to get my order out. This burger king is my favorite location in chico. I stop by every now and then for a delicious meal, friendly service and a... fantastic dining experience. The lobby is consistently clean and vintage. The seating is comfortable. There are large windows soi can look out to the surrounding view. Plus, the food is always made quickly and correctly.
