The last few times I have been here the criss-cut fries and fried zucchini were made fresh and were crisp and hot. The western... bacon cheeseburger is one of my favorite burgers, and I wish Carl's Jr. would step-up their game and source their bacon and beeffrom humanely-raised and grass-fed sources. Prices have also gone down on the criss-cut fries and fried zucchini, so that was abonus. The customer service is also great. Read more
I am always satisfied when I get a burger and fries at Carl's Jr. I love that they are open later than other businesses.
As a vegetarian, I am just so happy with their veggie burger! It was well made with nice lettuce and tomato and the "burger" was... cooked perfectly. I'm also loving their criss cut fries and those delightful potato discs that they have for breakfast. There isa closer Carl's Jr closer to my home but the staff on the Esplanade are so friendly that I'd rather go there! Read more
We went to Get Father?s Day simple dinner? pull in the parking lot ?. No body there except workers. We place our order?. Alls... good $36.00 for two meals with drinks French fries and a side of poppers! Sounds good right? Oh forgot to mention they are outof large cups, but my husband want a larger for the bigger fries?.. we drive across town to get at home and watch a movie?. Openthe bag?. Yep you guessed it NO FRIES!!!!! So frustrating!!!! 16.00 for a large meal with a medium cup for drink because theyare out of large, and NO FRENCH FRIES AT ALL!!! I tried to call?. Came here with the family for dinner and was very satisfied with the customer service. Big shout out to Andrew at the register... for quickly correcting a lack of one small fry missing. And asked if we needed anything else and was super friendly. Glad I cango to chico and actually get good customer service from a fast food place, not to mention the food came out quick and was reallygood, especially the chicken. Last few times I've eaten at Carl's Jr. the taste of the burgers has diminished and they give me heartburn. Also the fries are... less groovy, even when fresh. I'll try another time or two at different locations, but if the pattern doesn't reverse itselfit'll be the end of an era for me. Read more
Esplanade location is NOT 24 hours. They are closed from 2:30Am-4am for a nightly system reboot. This was not a one time... occurrence(this has been at least 10 different times, I am a late night worker), for there is not a lot of food places open at3:30 am. They shouldn?t advertise as 24 hours if they aren?t available for a few hours. Always a bummer to go through the drivethrough and hear ?we?re closed for our nightly reboot?. Read more
