Very bad service proceeded to take an hour to prep my order not even putting it in the oven. The girl up front flirted and made... my girlfriend uncomfortable while she tried to figure out if my order even was getting made which it wasn?t even tho she updatedmy order to being ready. This used to be my goto pizza place. Quality has gone down considerably and toppings are sparse. I waited over 30 minutes on the... phone just to try and change an online order. Delivery is always fast and friendly. Read more
I love eating at domino's they are definitely a good choice if you want some good wings and bomb pizza. They have great customer... service, they take pride in their work I had a good laugh and ended up leaving with a smile on my face. I would highly recommendgoing to domino's versus going to little Ceasars, papa Murphys, or celestinos as well. Not to say they aren't good to eat at itsjust not my first choice if I had were to choose. Read more
Without wanting to get anyone in trouble, you should probably train your delivery drivers NOT to yell out the customer's name... while handing them their pizza at 11pm, or, for that matter, at any time of the day or night...but especially at night. No onewants the entire block to know that their fas azz is ordering pizza and wings ????. Again...not trying to get anyone introuble...but please...have some discretion. Read more
The pasta dish we ordered was good. The boneless chicken was good. Unfortunately, my thin crust pizza was pretty burned.... Because it was overcooked, it was pretty dry. Two out of three so I was nice and gave 3 stars. It was the store on Walnut Ave inChico CA. Read more
After many, many times eating at the establishment, it's time to dig in. I ordered 5 medium pizzas from this store on 1/29/21,... got home and was immediately turned off. ALL of the pizzas were devoid of pizza sauce, the chicken pizza had 6 small pieces ofchicken meat, the bacon was burnt, a total of 5 pieces of salami was on the 2 pizzas that were ordered, 1 pizza was thoroughlyovercooked, and the mushrooms were only applied to half of the pizza. Include the fact the store employees were totallydismissive and rude... you get a pizza store that "phones in" its work ethic, and has stopped trying to make a good, edibleproduct. I will no longer patronize this business, and instead will focus on better pizza places in town. Hell, even Lil'Caesars pizza is better at this moment. Read more
If you want something that tastes like a frozen pizza with extra salt this is the place for you. There is a reason your pizza is... $7 and not 20. Their costumer service is the only reason they get 1 start. That, and they don't have an option for zero starts. Read more
Food was prepped at 4:13. Food was ready at 4:31. Food was delivered at 5:16. The chicken was cold. Not even warm. It was also... insanely salty. The Ranch was warm, and they tried charging me $2 initially for the ranch when I ordered 2 Chicken orders. LuckyI caught it in check out. The pizza was well made and hot, but they put that disgusting garlic salt and oil all over it. Ispecifically had it removed while ordering online. This is the 3rd time in a row that they have put that nasty oil on my pizza.They dont read the whole bill.
