Extended hours, when compared with other pizza places, are nice if you have to eat later than expected. Food quality is good and... I have never waited more than 15-20 minutes for even a large order. Tried giving this location another chance but the workers here just don?t know how to do their job correctly. I placed an online... order at 6pm and it was delivered around 6:30pm. We asked for a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich with extra steak and a pasta bowlwith just Alfredo and spinach. The sandwich only had a thin layer of burnt meat and cheese. No veggies and no extra meat. Thepasta tasted like someone put a bunch of hot sauce in it. Both meals completely inedible. I called the store at 6:40pm andrequested a refund and the manager said that she would remake my order immediately and get it to us. We only live 5 minutes fromthe store. Fast forward 45 minutes and it still hasn?t been delivered. I called the store back and was placed on hold, 5 minuteslater a young man answered the phone and blurted out ?your order is on the way? and hung up on me. I called back and theyimmediately answered and hung up. I called back a third time and the manager answered. I explained to her that my order has notbeen delivered and the customer service I received has been horrific. She apologized. I got my order 15 minutes later. Made an order for pick up. It was okay until I looked at my pizza and food. It was burnt. I asked if they could remake it... especially after the cashier touched it with his bare hands. Every Thing That Was Ordered Was HORRIBLE!! Both Pasta Bowls Were A Joke! There Was Barely Any Pasta, Alfredo Sauce, Chicken Or... Condiments In Both Bowls, The Sandwich Had Only Two Small Pieces Of Chicken In It With Cheese And Sauce, The Cheese Bread WasBurnt And The Cheese On The Chicken Bites Was Also Burnt.. They are always very friendly at this location, but I feel like they are always skimping on something. I've had Domino's from... other locations that weren't this way, so it's not just that the policy is for small quantities. Last night I had a whole slicewith only one tiny roasted red pepper on it.
