I won?t go to this location again after literally every single time I ever have experiencing the most overbearing anxiety... inducing excessive extroversion from its employees hounding me for details of my personal life while disregarding my bodylanguage and having no ability to comprehend adaptable social skills based on a customers energy. Some of us are tired and needsome coffee, are not feeling like being forced into engaging in conversation, have anxiety, or any other reason to not want tobe bombarded with twacked out energy. 1st timer and the staff was hella cool. I was given recommendations for their coffee and an energy drink. The aftershock & The... Snickers. Both were not too sweet just right. It's worth the hype I've been hearing about it. One is coming to Hollister soonbut that's the closest to the Bay I will have. This was our first time to a Dutch Bros coffee (we are visiting from out of town). The blonde server was so helpful and friendly... explaining the concept and menu and giving us recommendations. I Love Dutch Bros. It's my go to place... But I will no longer go to the one on Park Ave. I will drive out of my way to go to... any of the others. The last two times (both within the last two weeks) I have been to the one on Park Ave I have had poorservice. The first time they made two of our drinks wrong, we knew they were wrong just by the color, since it's something weorder at least once a week, plus it tasted wrong, but they insisted it was right and wouldn't remake them. The second time therewere 2 cars in front of us but no one to take orders. When a girl finally came to take orders she started taking orders fromcars that were just pulling in rather then those that had been waiting. We ended up with 4 cars in front of us. When we finallymade it to the window there were two employees talking and then starting drinks when we got to the window. At this point a hugeline had formed behind us. Oh and not once did any of the employees say Hi, how are you, etc. Just very unfriendly which isn'thow Dutch Bros usually is. And out of the 5 Dutch Bros in Chico this is the only one I ever have problems at. Read more
